Would some democrats call this harassment merely civil discourse?

Anyone who would call this sort of harassment "civil discourse" is putting politics above human decency. While I am no political ally of Democratic candidates, I don't hold the Democratic party as a whole responsible for the disgusting conduct of some (and one in particular) within the party.
