My head hurts really bad on the left side after hiting it yesteday?

yesterday i went to the fair and i went on this ride and i hit my head of the wall i have got a lump on my head its swollen and hurts when i touch it and ear ache and i am extremely tired ! i am quite worried what is it ??? the whole of the left side of my hed hurts as well. btw i am 14 i cant stop yawning either.
