Could i have concussion ?

i have got a lump on my head its swollen and hurts when i touch it i have got ear ache and i am extremely tired ! the whole of the left side of my hed hurts as well my top lip feels a bit numb as well . i am 14. btw i injured my head yesterday about 5pm i am not sure if i blacket out are not cause i was on a ride at the fair and it was spinning around fast. i havent been sick but my stomach feels a bit like it has been turned up side down!
